YEREVAN, May 20. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>VTB (Armenia) has updated the terms of its consumer loans secured by real estate, making the product more accessible and flexible for retail clients. Under the updated offer, clients can apply for a loan of up to 30 million drams, using residential or commercial real estate as collateral within the country. The loan amount is up to 60% of the property’s appraised value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VTB (Armenia) retail clients can now apply for consumer loans secured by real estate of up to 30 million drams. Applications for up to 10 million drams can be processed using a simplified process, without mandatory income verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interest rate on the loan ranges from 17.5% to 21% per annum (effective rate: 18.9%\u201323.8%). The repayment period ranges from 3 to 10 years. The updated terms include the option of early repayment without penalties, as well as waiving the monthly loan servicing fee and application review fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We see steady interest in consumer loans, especially from clients looking for long-term financial solutions. In response to this demand, the bank has improved the terms of the product, increasing the maximum loan amount to 30 million Armenian drams. Furthermore, loans of up to 10 million drams are available through a simplified application process. The updated terms allow clients to borrow larger amounts over a longer term. Taking these changes into account, we plan to increase our loan portfolio by 30% this year,” commented Taras Kladchenko, Deputy CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB (Armenia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can apply for a loan at any bank branch by presenting your social security card, passport or ID card (of the borrower, co-borrower, and pledger), as well as documents confirming your ownership of the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
