{"id":274533,"date":"2026-06-12T17:25:45","date_gmt":"2026-06-12T13:25:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=274533"},"modified":"2026-06-12T17:25:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T13:25:49","slug":"idbank-issued-the-4th-and-5th-tranches-of-bonds-of-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/06\/12\/274533\/","title":{"rendered":"IDBank issued the 4th and 5th tranches of bonds of 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEREVAN, June 12. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> On June 12, 2026, IDBank placed registered coupon bonds through a public offering on the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4th tranche, 2026&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>AMANLBBM7ER5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total volume \u2013 2 billion 500 million drams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual interest rate &#8211; 10%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bond maturity &#8211; 36 months (3 years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bond payment \u2013 \u200b\u200bsemi-annually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start of issue\/placement \u2013 \u200b\u200bJune 15, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End of placement \u2013 \u200bNovember 15, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maturity date \u2013 June 15, 2029<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5th tranche, 2026&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>AMANLBBM8ER3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total volume &#8211; 5 million dollars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual interest rate &#8211; 5%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bond maturity &#8211; 27 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bond payment \u2013 \u200b\u200bquarterly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start of issue\/placement \u2013 \u200b\u200b June 15, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End of placement \u2013 \u200bAugust 15, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maturity date \u2013 September 15, 2029<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fourth tranche of the bonds will be placed from June 15 to November 15, 2026 (inclusive), and the fifth tranche from June 15 to August 15, 2026 (inclusive).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the placement, the bonds will be listed in the \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d OJSC.
