According to the bank, the service is available commission-free at most retail locations that support this payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening a foreign currency account is not required to use the service. Rubles are converted to Armenian drams at T-Bank&#8217;s internal exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Customers can check the applicable exchange rate on the payment screen in the mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The maximum purchase amount is the equivalent of 1 million rubles. The service is available to customers who are citizens of Russia and countries the bank considers friendly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to Armenia, QR code payments via the T-Bank app are now available in Vietnam, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan.
