The issuance of bonds is one of the important stages of the company\u2019s development and aims to support further expansion plans and create a new opportunity for investors to participate in the growth of the sustainably developing Armenian business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public offering of dram bonds of “ML FASHION” LLC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. N 1\/301 A dated July 08, 2026, the Program Prospectus of nominal coupon bonds of “ML FASHION” LLC was registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next placement of nominal coupon bonds of “ML FASHION” LLC will be carried out from July 29, 2026 to August 20, 2026 at 16:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To purchase bonds, investors must fill out and properly deliver or submit to “Cube Invest” CJSC an application\/applications for the purchase of bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing the application for the purchase of bonds and properly submitting it to “Cube Invest” CJSC, but no later than 16:30 on the day of purchase of bonds, legal entities and\/or individuals wishing to purchase bonds must make a payment to the account number 1660030016400900 opened at Evocabank OJSC for the purpose of issuance, in order to purchase the number of bonds specified in the application-instruction for the purchase of bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
