This is evidenced by the consolidated financial report of the country&#8217;s credit institutions. As of June 30, 2026, the total capital structure was divided into authorized capital of AMD 271.03 billion, accumulated profit of AMD 170.79 billion, general reserve of AMD 13.3 billion, share premium of AMD 6.66 billion, revaluation reserve of AMD 4.75 billion, and other capital components of AMD 614.1 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, approximately 58% of total capital is accounted for by the authorized capital, and approximately 37% by accumulated profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Source: ARKA news agency&#8217;s financial and economic bulletin &#8220;Credit Organizations of Armenia (Key Performance Indicators).
