YEREVAN, September 4. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>By Decision No. 1\/288 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 1, 2026, the program prospectus for “Cube Invest” CJSC’s registered coupon bonds was registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The placement of “Cube Invest” CJSC’s registered coupon bonds will take place from September 11, 2026, until 4:30 PM on November 11, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To purchase bonds, investors must complete and properly submit or submit to “Cube Invest” CJSC a bond purchase application(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing the bond purchase application and duly submitting it to “Cube Invest” CJSC, but no later than 4:30 PM on the bond purchase day, legal entities and\/or individuals wishing to purchase bonds must make a payment to one of the following accounts opened for the purpose of the issue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COUPON RATE<\/strong><\/td>The annual coupon yield will be calculated using a hybrid method.   a. During the first six months of the bonds’ circulation, a fixed annual coupon rate of 10.50% will apply.   b. After the first 6 months of the bonds’ circulation, a floating annual coupon rate will apply, in particular:   for each half-year, the annual coupon rate is set by adding to the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in effect on the business day preceding the beginning of the current half-year, the rate (spread) determined by the Issuer – 4.00%.   The calculated rate will be published on the Issuer\u2019s official website (www.cubeinvest.am) in the form of a report containing material facts and information before the end of the day of calculation of the relevant coupon rate.<\/td><\/tr>
