YEREVAN, September 22 \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>The Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX) today welcomed the entry into the capital market of “IKO Machinery” LLC, a company operating in both Armenia and international markets. The company specializes in import and sale of mining and construction machinery, the provision of warranty and post-warranty maintenance, and equipment rental services, striving to continuously develop innovative solutions, ensure high-quality service, and strengthen its reputation as a reliable partner in the international market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, “IKO Machinery<\/a>” LLC also collaborates with leading global manufacturers, offering qualified equipment maintenance and technical support services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the traditional bell-ringing ceremony took place at the exchange, symbolizing the company’s entry into the capital market and the start of a new phase of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bonds issued by “IKO Machinery” LLC, with a total nominal volume of AMD 1,100,000,000, have been admitted to the Armenia Securities Exchange\u2019s free bond market (Cbond). Trading will be permitted for 11,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of AMD 100,000, a coupon yield of 12.50%, and a maturity period of 36 months. It will also be possible to conduct negotiated trades and enter into repo transactions with these bonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The placement of the bonds was carried out between August 17 and 19, 2026, through “Cube Invest” CJSC<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hayk Yeganyan, CEO of the Armenia Securities Exchange, noted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We are pleased to see a company operating in both Armenia and international markets enter the capital market. The use of capital market instruments by companies is a significant step toward diversifying funding sources and expanding opportunities for long-term development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are confident that the funds raised through the bond issuance will contribute to the implementation of the company’s strategic plans, the further expansion of its operations, and the creation of new development opportunities.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The issuance and full placement of ‘IKO Machinerie’s’ corporate bonds within just two working days demonstrate the high level of investor confidence and the market’s positive attitude toward the company’s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IKO Machinery LLC began its operations in Armenia in 2012 with the aim of introducing mining and construction machinery from leading international manufacturers to the local market.
