YEREVAN, September 30. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Team Holding has completed its corporate bond public offering program in Armenia, raising funds equivalent to approximately $35 million. All stages of the program were concluded ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total volume of placed bonds amounted to $31.5 million and 1.4 billion drams. The placement was conducted in three stages in cooperation with Freedom Broker Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Today, for the first time, we are announcing the successful completion of our bond issuance. The placement concluded ahead of schedule, reaching a total volume of $35 million. We will direct these funds toward developing the infrastructure of the Team Group of Companies across several sectors\u2014logistics, energy, and others,” said Hayk Yesayan, co-founder and director of the Team Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, the raised capital will be primarily allocated to capital expenditures. “We are fully covering our operating expenses. The new capital raised will go mainly into the energy sector,” Yesayan noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also emphasized that Team Holding\u2019s diversified structure allows for risk mitigation through the group’s presence in various sectors of the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I am very pleased to announce today that the entire volume has been sold. One of the primary indicators of successful fundraising is trust in the companies and their transparency\u2014ranging from decision-making processes to full financial reporting. We make this information fully public. Over the coming years, we will demonstrate that the plans we have presented are achievable,” Yesayan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated that Team Holding intends to allocate the funds toward capital expenditures. “We are fully covering our operating expenses. The newly raised capital will be directed primarily toward the energy sector,” said Yesayan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He noted that Team Holding comprises 10\u201312 companies; as a diversified group, it is able to mitigate and diversify risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ovak Ovakimian, Director of Freedom Broker Armenia, highlighted the significance of the offering for the development of the Armenian capital market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I think this was a very important step. Such initiatives and collaborations can serve as an example for other organizations,” he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Ovakimian, Freedom Broker Armenia intends to actively expand its underwriting operations next year as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also emphasized the importance of attracting foreign investors to the Armenian capital market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The very fact that we can attract an international investor to put funds into an Armenian organization is a major step forward, as it brings international capital into our country,” Ovakimian said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
