Addressed trading and repo transactions are permitted for the bonds. The annual coupon yield of the perpetual bonds is set at 13.25% for the first 36 months, after which a floating interest rate will apply.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The issuance was intended for Unibank shareholders, expanding their opportunities for a long-term investment. In 2025, Unibank became the first bank in Armenia to issue perpetual bonds.
