From January to August, net inflows increased by 21.5%, including 27.8% from Russia and 12.9% from other countries,&#8221; he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, according to the minister, Armenia&#8217;s international gross reserves are at a historically high level of $6.7 billion. At the same time, Hovhannisyan noted, the dram continues to strengthen.
