{"id":282430,"date":"2026-11-02T16:30:25","date_gmt":"2026-11-02T12:30:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/?p=282430"},"modified":"2026-11-02T16:30:27","modified_gmt":"2026-11-02T12:30:27","slug":"armenias-2027-state-budget-envisages-a-reserve-fund-of-0-3-0-6-of-gdp-galstyan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2026\/11\/02\/282430\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia&#8217;s 2027 state budget envisages a reserve fund of 0.3-0.6% of GDP \u2014 Galstyan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YEREVAN, November 2. \/AR\u041a\u0410\/.<\/strong> Armenia&#8217;s draft state budget for 2027 envisages the formation of a reserve fund of 0.3-0.6% of GDP, announced Martin Galstyan, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presenting the Central Bank&#8217;s conclusion on the draft budget to parliament, Galstyan noted that, to manage fiscal risks, a liquidity buffer of at least 1% of GDP is also envisaged in the treasury stabilization account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to him, the draft budget includes an analysis of the risks and uncertainties associated with possible deviations from the underlying macroeconomic assumptions and forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He noted that the scenario analysis assessed possible adjustments to budget flows and fiscal policy parameters should the relevant risks materialize.
