YEREVAN, November 5. \/ARKA\/. An important precedent has been set in the Armenian capital market: for the first time, an investment company has listed its bonds on the Armenian Securities Exchange (AMX). The listing of CUBE INVEST<\/a> CJSC bonds not only expands the range of issuers represented on the exchange but also creates new opportunities for financial sector companies to attract capital market financing and develop their operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To mark the occasion, the traditional ringing ceremony was held at the Armenian Securities Exchange, marking the company’s entry into the exchange bond market as an issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting November 9, investors will be able to participate in exchange trading of CUBE INVEST CJSC bonds by contacting banks or investment companies that are members of the exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CUBE INVEST CJSC bonds, with a total nominal value of 5 billion drams, will be included in the secondary list of Bbond bonds. The listing will consist of 50,000 bonds with a par value of 100,000 drams, a hybrid annual coupon yield (fixed at 10.50% per annum for the first six months, then floating), and a maturity of 36 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bonds will also be eligible for direct transactions and repurchase agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bond placement took place on September 11, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We welcome the listing of CUBE INVEST bonds on the Armenian Securities Exchange, which is of particular significance for our capital market. This is the first time an investment company has entered the exchange as a bond issuer, expanding the range of companies raising capital through the capital market,” said Hayk Yeganyan, CEO of AMX, during the exchange’s bell ceremony on Wednesday, marking the company’s entry into the exchange-traded bond market as an issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CUBE INVEST has been a member of the Armenian Securities Exchange since 2022 and, while actively participating in the market as an investment intermediary, is already leveraging the market’s capabilities to finance its own development programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an important example for other participants in the financial sector, demonstrating that the capital market can serve not only as a platform for providing investment services but also as an effective tool for financing companies and ensuring their long-term development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, the company plans to use the funds raised through the bond issue to strengthen its liquidity, develop its infrastructure, and expand its technological capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, Margaryan said, key areas will include improving digital platforms, developing web and mobile applications, and developing new products using artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We are convinced that the active participation of financial sector companies is also important for the development of the capital market, not only as investment service providers but also as issuers. From this perspective, we view our move not only as a new opportunity for the company’s growth but also as a contribution to the expansion of the Armenian capital market and the creation of new financing opportunities,” he noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The funds raised through the bond issue are planned to be used to increase liquidity, expand and develop infrastructure, improve information technology through the implementation of web and mobile applications, and develop and launch new products using innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Armenia Securities Exchange will continue to facilitate the entry of responsible and transparent companies into the capital market, fostering a reliable investment environment and helping companies attract the financial resources they need to develop their operations through the capital market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
