{"id":28582,"date":"2011-10-21T10:08:03","date_gmt":"2011-10-21T10:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2011\/10\/21\/233970\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:53:23","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:53:23","slug":"ebrd-and-anelik-bank-help-exporters-and-importers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2011\/10\/21\/28582\/","title":{"rendered":"EBRD and Anelik Bank help exporters and importers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, October 21. \/ ARKA \/. <\/strong>EBRD and the Armenian Anelik Bank will help exporters and importers within the frameworks of a loan agreement on trade financing, the press service of the bank told ARKA.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This program provides an opportunity to promote both exporting companies at pre-export and post-export stages and importing companies,&#8221; the report said.<\/p>\n<p>According to a bank\u2019s press release, every credit application will be considered on an individual basis and credit conditions will be most convenient for the borrower.<\/p>\n<p>The chairman of Anelik Board, Samvel Chzmachyan, was quoted as saying that this program implemented with EBRD is a proof of trust shown by international lending organizations towards Anelik.<\/p>\n<p>Chzmachyan said also that these programs provide an opportunity to improve the competitiveness of Armenian producers at world markets.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Anelik was created in 1990. Its shareholders are CreditBank SALs (69.5%), Samvel Chzmachyan &#8211; 12.25%, Armen Kazarian &#8211; 6%, Galina Voronina &#8211; 12.25%. Anelik Bank is the only bank in Armenia, which has a subsidiary bank in Russia OOO Anelik Ru.
