Bank VTB (Armenia) took the first place in the nomination \u201cThe most popular bank of Armenia\u201d according to the results of the survey conducted in June-October 2011 by the consulting company Credit AM among the visitors of the site \u0441\u0430\u0439\u0442\u0430 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.credit.am\/\">www.credit.am<\/a>, press-service of the Bank informed.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press-release, Bank VTB (Armenia) headed the national rating of the banks of Armenia with the result of 20%.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are happy that due to the assessments of the visitors of the site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.credit.am\/\">www.credit.am<\/a> Bank VTB (Armenia) is recognized a national bank of Armenia and thank to the consulting company Credit AM for this initiative and the conducted work:, said General Director, Chairman of Directorate of the Bank VTB (Armenia) Valeri Ovsyannikov.<\/p>\n<p>The most national means available, reliable and efficient bank where everything is targeted at literal and quick solution of financial issues. It is a bank which a priori enjoys a high public trust of population. \u201cRespectively, we should keep our leading positions in the financial market and continue to offer new and more available products and services to our clients\u201d, said Ovsyannikov.<\/p>\n<p>In the survey conducted to determine the ratio of population of the country to the banks and formation of national rating, 11.1 thousand people participated.<\/p>\n<p>CJSC \u201cBank VTB (Armenia)\u201d operates since 2004 (from June 2006 under VTB brand) on the basis of the license on conducting banking activity \u2116 64 as of 31.10.1996 provided by the Central Bank of Armenia. The Bank became participant of international financial group VTB in April 2004. Currently it is the second largest in Russia, VTB Bank (CJSC) owning 100% of shares of \u201cBank VTB (Armenia)\u201d. The Bank is traditionally within the number of leaders of the banking system of Armenia by a number of key indicators. The Bank owns the largest branch network in the country &#8211; 68 branches as of September 30, 2011, including 24 \u2013 in Yerevan.
