Speaking to ARKA he said the banking sector should be interested in providing affordable loans for the purchase of smartphones, as it is with laptops.<\/p>\n<p>According to Yengibaryan, the pricing policies of Armenian mobile operators offering more favorable terms for purchase of smartphones, have improved the situation somewhat; however, smartphones are still not available to the majority of Armenians.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Armenians are known by their desire to have the latest and greatest. And in this sense the banks should offer them low-interest loans to buy smartphones, &#8220;- he said.<\/p>\n<p>Yengibaryan said the Armenian population is interested in using mobile devices, providing easy access to the Internet and other services.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;New technologies are emerging in our country quite quickly.
