This indicator in October compared to September increased by 1.3%.<\/p>\n<p>Time deposits of the residents were 43.5% of total volume of the attracted dram deposits making 118.9 billion drams. Increase of this indicator in October was 3.7%.<\/p>\n<p>Volume of foreign currency deposits in the reporting period increased by 3% making about 628 billion drams at the end of October.<\/p>\n<p>As of December 30, 2011, 21 commercial banks operate in Armenia.
