Armenia\u2019s Central Bank said its net internal assets in 2011 October amounted to some 124.9 billion drams, having increased by 27.3% from September. According to the regulator\u2019s report on its aggregated indicators, its obligations to the government decreased to 91.9 billion drams from 100.4 billion drams in September; obligations to commercial banks increased by 12.3% to 91.8 billion drams and other obligations grew by 7.1% to more than 125. billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Armenia\u2019s net international reserves in October amounted to about 456.5 billion drams, having dropped by 3.4% in comparison with September, while the monetary base amounted to about 581.5 billion drams, having increased by 1.9% from September.
