Time deposits in foreign currencies grew by 4.4% from September to 257.2 billion drams, making 80.8% of all household deposits in foreign currencies.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of deposits in Armenia\u2019s national currency was said to have grown by 2.9% from September to 125.2 billion drams. The total amount of all deposits kept at commercial banks grew by 2.8% to 901.6 billion drams. There are 21 commercial banks in Armenia.
