The coin is made of gold of 999.9 probe with diameter of 13.92 mm, weighing 1.24 grams and quality \u2013 proof.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/\u041c\u043e\u043d\u0435\u0442\u0430-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"262\" height=\"161\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the obverse of the coin the emblem of the republic  of Armenia, date of issue of the coin \u201c2011\u201d and nominal value \u201c500 drams\u201d is illustrated.<\/p>\n<p>On the top of semicircular contour in the Armenian language, and in the bottom in English \u201cREPUBLIC OF ARMENIA\u201d is coined.<\/p>\n<p>On the reverse side of the coin in the center a pomegranate with grains is illustrated, above which a semicircle in Armenian and English languages \u201cGranat\u201d and \u201cPUNICA GRANATUM\u201d is coined. Around the contour jewelry is coined.<\/p>\n<p>The coin has protruding rims on the edges from both sides.<\/p>\n<p>Contours of the coin was illustrated by Edward Kurghinyan.
