Average interest rates on individual deposits in foreign currency increased by 0.7 percentage points in late November against October to 7.2%, the Central Bank of Armenia said in a statement posted on its official website.<\/p>\n<p>It said the average interest rate on individual long-term deposits in foreign currency grew by 1.2 percentage points to 7.8%, and on short-term deposits by 0.2 percentage points to 6.6%.<\/p>\n<p>The average interest rate on individual long-term deposits in Armenian drams also increased by 0.4 percentage points reaching 11.5%. The interest rate on short-term deposits remained unchanged at 10.1%.
