In a press release Gazprombank said to increase the authorized capital in Areximbank-Gazprombank \u041froup it will issue additional shares.<\/p>\n<p>On January 1, 2012 the total capital of CJSC Areximbank-Gazprombank Group amounted to 15.7 billion drams, having increased by 830 million drams or 5.6%.\u00a0over the same period of 2011\u044e<\/p>\n<p>Areximbank-Gazprombank Group (formerly Areximbank) was established in 1998 to handle financial flows between Armenia and Russia. It is a principled member of VISA International and MasterCard International payment systems. In 2007 it joined Armenian ArCa payment system.
