In 2010 GDP growth was said to be 1%, and in\u00a02011\u00a0it contracted by 5.9%, he argued.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If we put together all these numbers\u00a0we will get a GDP decline of 0.8%,&#8221; said\u00a0Bagratian.<\/p>\n<p>According to the\u00a0National Statistical Service,\u00a0Armenia&#8217;s GDP\u00a0growth\u00a0at market prices\u00a0in 2008 amounted to\u00a06.9%, in 2009 it declined by 14.1%, and in\u00a02010\u00a0GDP growth was\u00a02.1%.\u00a0The government projection of GDP growth in 2011 is 4.6%.
