Under the Program, the lending to the economy\u00a0in 2012\u00a0is expected to increase\u00a0by 20.2% or\u00a0270 billion\u00a0drams, down from 35.3%\u00a0or 350\u00a0billion drams\u00a0in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Central Bank\u00a0said the bulk of loans\u00a0will be channeled to finance small\u00a0and medium businesses.\u00a0It said also mortgage lending is supposed to see a rise.
