YEREVAN, February 15, \/ARKA\/. The Panarmenian Bank ojsc was registered as a Market participant at NASDAQ OMX Armenia today and granted the right to participate in credit resources market. Panarmenian Bank will operate under PNARB exchange code.<\/div>\n
Panarmenian Bank ojsc was established in 2011 as an investment bank, which aims to mobilize long-term resources from the international financial institutions and development-orientated private sources to finance investment projects of private enterprises.<\/div>\n
As of today overall 32 banks and investment companies are members and market participants at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, of which 25 are members, while the rest 7 are market participants.<\/div>\n

On January 27, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc. On June 5, 2009, \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the \u201cCentral Depository of Armenia\u201d ojsc. -0-<\/div>\n
