YEREVAN, February 29. \/ARKA\/<\/strong>. Health insurance share in Rosgosstrakh Armenia company\u2019s portfolio approaches nearly 11%, excluding Compulsory Third-Party Liability Motor Insurance, Armine Badalyan, Head of personal insurance sales department at Rosgosstrakh Armenia, said on Wednesday.<\/div>\n

Today the company has about 10 thousand voluntary health insurances, she said. \u201cOur company does not consider health insurance as its priority as this market is not developed in Armenia as for now, however, we are determined positively and think that the market will justify itself,\u201d she said.<\/div>\n

Badalyan reported that Rosgosstrakh Armenia company cooperates with all licensed health facilities in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, the largest of which have the company\u2019s agents. Thus, clients can decide themselves which medical facility to choose.<\/div>\n

Artak Antonyan, Deputy Executive Director of Rosgosstrakh Armenia, noted that the health insurance customer satisfaction index amounts to 97%. \u201cToday, our clients are companies with foreign equity, but I think, that within several years health insurance in Armenia will become quite popular,\u201d he said.<\/div>\n
