YEREVAN, March 13, \/ARKA\/. A total of $47.7 million (an equivalent of 18.5 billion drams) were sold and bought at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange in February, according to an ARKA analysis. The figure was 22.6% (about $14 million) less than in the previous month. The overall number of transactions dropped by 17.2% to 366. The largest amount of trading was reported on February 9 when $8.9 million were traded and the lowest on Fevruary 8 when $200,000 were traded. The average exchange rate of USD in February at the stock exchange was 388.91 drams.
