Armenia recorded 2.2% inflation in March 2012 from a year earlier, according to the National Statistical Service of Armenia.<br \/>\nThis indicator is justified by 2.3 % rise in provision prices ( including alcohol drinks and tobacco goods) and 3.9% increase in non-food products prices.<br \/>\nPrices for services rose 1.3% in March 2012, compared with the same month a year before.<br \/>\nConsumer price index was 103.3% in January-March 2012 from the same period a year earlier. Index of provision goods prices (including alcohol drinks and tobacco goods) was amounted 103.8%, whereas non-food goods- 103.7 %, service tariffs- 102.3%.<br \/>\nAt the same time, consumer price index gained 0.1% in March from February. Food prices (including alcohol drinks and tobacco goods) lost 0.1 %, non-food prices advanced 0.8 %, service tariffs prices- 0.2 %<br \/>\nAccording to the National Statistical Service, consumer prices in 8 researched cities of the country are said to go up by 0.1-0.8 %, and in the other three cities- to tumble by 0.7-0.2 %.
