Armenian banks\u2019 investments in government bonds totaled AMD 159.4 billion in late February \u2013 17.8% more than in late January, the Central Bank of Armenia says in summarizing monetary indicators for February.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, residents\u2019 investments in government bonds amounted to AMD 208.5 billion in late February, just as in January.<\/p>\n<p>Banks\u2019 investments accounted for 76.4% of total investments in government bonds. The central bank\u2019s share here was 11.4% and non-banking agents, dealers and investors\u2019 aggregate share was 12.1%.<\/p>\n<p>Residents and nonresidents\u2019 aggregate investments amounted to 208.8 billion in late February \u2013 no changes since the previous month.
