{"id":36715,"date":"2012-05-08T10:07:57","date_gmt":"2012-05-08T10:07:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2012\/05\/08\/235468\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:57:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:57:09","slug":"armenian-development-bank-introduces-mortgage-loans-with-no-prepayment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2012\/05\/08\/36715\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian Development Bank introduces mortgage loans with no prepayment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 8. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>The Armenian Development Bank says Tuesday it introduces a new mortgage loan with no prepayment.<\/p>\n<p>Any citizen of Armenia who is at least 18 years old is eligible to receive the loan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe clients will now be able to buy any realty through the new mortgage with no prepayment with additional collateral ,\u201d the source says.<\/p>\n<p>The loan covers 100 % of the realty cost and amounts to total of 100 million drams or equivalent.<\/p>\n<p>These loans are given for 10 years at 12-18% annual rate.<\/p>\n<p>The cost of the additional collateral (real estate) should make maximum 60% of the mortgage realty\u2019s cost .<\/p>\n<p>The Armenian Development Bank was established in 1990. Prior to 1996 it operated as Bank of Reconstruction and Development. Its shareholders are Ruben Hayrapetyan \u2013 19.98%, Ara Mehakyan \u2013 16.95%, Grigor Termenjian \u2013 16.03%.
