Ingo Armenia insurance company participated in the gala dinner, organized for the first time by the world charity organization World Vision, the company\u2019s press service reported ARKA on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe participation of Ingo Armenia in this event is dictated by the principle of corporate social responsibility,\u201d the source says.<\/p>\n<p>The participants of the dinner, dedicated to the International Children\u2019s Day under the slogan \u201cLet\u2019s give a smile to children,\u201d made donations helped the children from marginalized backgrounds to take advantage of \u2018Summer camps\u201d program launched by World Vision. Among the participants there were officials, businessman, artists.<\/p>\n<p>INGO Armenia\u201d was established in 1997 as Closed Joint Stock Insurance Company \u201cEfes\u201d. In December 2003, 75% of shares of the company was obtained by the Russian company \u201cINGOSSTRAKH\u201d after which it was renamed \u201cINGO Armenia\u201d. Levon Altunyan (Armenia) is the shareholder of 25% of shares. Charter capital of the company is 750.9 million drams.<\/p>\n<p>World Vision Armenia operates in 130 communities of Yerevan and six provinces of the republic, assisting nearly 22 thousand children and their families.
