ArCa blamed the failure on the sharply increased number of transactions made by using plastic cards.<\/p>\n<p>ArCa apologized for the inconveniences the failure might have caused to citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Armenian Card CJSC was established on March 16, 2000 as a united national payment system.<\/p>\n<p>Today 19 of Armenia\u2019s 21 commercial banks participate in ArCa payment system. The company is a full member of MasterCard Europe international payment system.
