{"id":40154,"date":"2012-08-10T07:59:38","date_gmt":"2012-08-10T07:59:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2012\/08\/10\/236160\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:58:55","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:58:55","slug":"junes-mortgage-loans-total-amd-120-7-bln-in-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2012\/08\/10\/40154\/","title":{"rendered":"June\u2019s mortgage loans total AMD 120.7 bln in Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 10. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Mortgage loans allocated by the commercial banks of Armenia in June jumped by 3.3% to 120.7 billion drams from May, according to the data available on Armenian Central Bank\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>Mortgage loans in drams totaled 61.8 billion drams ( 1.1% rise from May), and in foreign currency- 58.9 billion drams (5.8% growth from a month earlier).<\/p>\n<p>Mortgage loans made up 8.5% in the total credit portfolio of Armenia\u2019s banks.<\/p>\n<p>Armenia\u2019s commercial banks invested  total of 1 418,1 billion drams in resident\u2019s economy in June which is 3.3% higher from May.<\/p>\n<p>As of June 30 there are 21 commercial banks in Armenia. ($1 \u2013 413.31 drams).
