They rose by 2.4% from August 2009 to 134.6 billion Drams, but fell by 23% from the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Mortgage credits rose by 0.1 from August to 83.4 billion. The volume of industrial credits rose 2.6% from August to 116.3 billion. Agricultural credits fell by 3.5% to 45.2 billion Drams and construction credits rose by 2.7% to 49 billion Drams.<\/p>\n<p>Aggregate credits allocated to local economic entities rose by 3.3% from August to 654.2 billion Drams in late September. Compared to the beginning of the year credits rose by 6 percent.
