Liabilities of the commercial banks to the Central Bank rose by 18.2% in July to over 128.4 billion drams, and other liabilities advanced by 2.1% to nearly 189.7 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, the net international reserves in July climbed by 1.2% to nearly 370.6<br \/>\nbillion drams within the reported period, and the monetary base rose by 6.6% in July from June to about 601.1 billion drams.
