The amount of Armenian households\u2019 foreign currency deposits kept at 21 commercial banks stood at 396.3 billion drams at the end of July, according to the Central Bank of Armenia, which said the figure represented a 0.2% rise from the previous month.<br \/>\nAt the same time, the amount of time foreign currency deposits totaled more than 326.9 billion drams, or about 82.5% of all foreign currency deposits of households, down 0.4% if compared to June, the Central Bank said.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of household deposits in Armenia\u2019s national currency, the dram, was about 166.5 billion drams at the end of July, by 2 percent more form the previous month. The total amount of all deposits at banks as of 31 July totaled 1.080 billion drams, by 1% more form June.
