The Central Bank of Armenia governor, Arthur Javadyan, ordered to register two new branches of Rosgosstrakh Armenia insurance company. The branches are called Nor Nork and Artashat.<\/p>\n<p>Rosgosstrakh Armenia was established in 2008 and operates under license APO number 0009 for &#8220;non-life&#8221; insurance operations, issued by the Central Bank of Armenia in 2008 May. The company is part of Russian Rosgosstrakh insurance company. Its charter capital is 2.13 billion drams (an equivalent of $ 6 million).<\/p>\n<p>Rosgosstrakh Armenia\u00a0 is present in all the cities of Armenia. In December 2011 the company was the first in\u00a0 Armenia to receive ISO 9001:2008\u00a0 certificate of compliance\u00a0 from Moody International.
