ATMs in Armenia resumed functioning properly today at 17:30 thanks to Armenian Card payment system workers\u2019 efforts after periodical failures which began yesterday because the number of plastic card transactions surged, Armenian Card\u2019s press office reports.<\/p>\n<p>Armenian Card CJSC was established on March 16, 2000 as a united national payment system. Today 19 of Armenia\u2019s 21 commercial banks participate in ArCa payment system. The company is a full member of MasterCard Europe international payment system.\u00a0 It also processes VISA and American Express (Third Party Processor) cards<\/p>\n<p>Armenian Card CJSC was established on March 16, 2000 as a united national payment system.
