{"id":43833,"date":"2012-11-15T09:45:54","date_gmt":"2012-11-15T09:45:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2012\/11\/15\/236863\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:00:45","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:00:45","slug":"armenian-banks-3-q-commerce-lending-rises-23-9-to-amd-323-8-bln","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2012\/11\/15\/43833\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks\u2019 3 Q commerce lending rises 23.9% to Amd 323.8 bln"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 15. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Commerce lending of Armenian banks rose 23.9% in the third quarter year-over-year to nearly 323.8 billion drams as of 30 September.<\/p>\n<p>According to the 3Q interim financial reports, economy lending totaled 1.45 trillion drams versus 1.52 trillion drams as of 30 Sep 2011.<\/p>\n<p>ARKA agency\u2019s analyses shows Ameriabank as a leader in commerce lending. The bank\u2019s share in the total commerce lending hit 13.5%. In the total credit portfolio of the bank, commerce lending makes nearly 28% or over 43.7 billion drams (32 billion drams as of 30 September 2011).<\/p>\n<p>Among the commerce lending leaders there are also HSBC Bank Armenia (over 42.6 billion drams), ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK (over 30.8 billion drams), Inecobank (nearly 25.3 billion drams).<\/p>\n<p>The share of this kind of lending in the total credit portfolio of these banks was 32.1%, 19.5% and  35.4% respectively.<\/p>\n<p>As of 30 September 2012 there are 21 commercial banks with 458 branches in Armenia.
