Foreign currency deposits  climbed 0.1% to over 823.9 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>Residents\u2019 deposits made up 94.7% of the  total AMD deposits in October (332.7 billion drams), which is 0.4 p.p. lower from September.<\/p>\n<p>As of 30 October 2012, there are 21 commercial banks in Armenia.
