{"id":44801,"date":"2012-12-04T11:24:31","date_gmt":"2012-12-04T11:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2012\/12\/04\/237051\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:01:15","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:01:15","slug":"armenias-domestic-debt-reached-233-3bln-drams-by-end-september","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2012\/12\/04\/44801\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s domestic debt reached 233.3bln drams by end September"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 4. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenia\u2019s domestic debt has grown by 7.9% this year and reached 233.3bln drams by the end of September, Armenia\u2019s National Statistical Service reported.<\/p>\n<p>According to the preliminary information from the ministry of finance, 59.7% of the debt or 117.7bln drams were mid-term government treasury coupon bonds, part of which was repaid, and some 79.6bln drams (34.1%) were long-term government bonds.<\/p>\n<p>Short-term government bonds were 12.6% of the domestic debt (about 29.4bln drams) and savings bonds accounted for 0.4% of the debt (871.7mln drams). Part of the domestic debt, 2.4% or about 5.7bln drams, were loans.<\/p>\n<p>Armenia\u2019s foreign debt exceeded $3740.8mln by the end of September, an increase of 4.8% (or $172.6mln) as compared with the beginning of the year.
