{"id":44826,"date":"2012-12-04T15:33:36","date_gmt":"2012-12-04T15:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2012\/12\/04\/237061\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:01:16","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:01:16","slug":"armenias-gdp-in-third-quarter-rises-to-1-2-trillion-drams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2012\/12\/04\/44826\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s GDP in third quarter rises to 1.2 trillion drams"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 4. \/ ARKA \/<\/strong> According to preliminary data of Armenia\u2019s National Statistical Service (ArmStat), the country\u2019s GDP in the third quarter rose to 1.2 trillion drams from 878.8 billion drams in the previous quarter.<\/p>\n<p>It said the agriculture, fishing and forestry sectors accounted for 29.6% of the third quarter GDP or 359.2 billion drams, the mining industry accounted for 2.7% or 32.2 billion drams, the manufacturing industry accounted for 7.8% or 94.3 billion drams, construction sector for 11% of GDP, or 133.5 billion drams, financial and insurance sectors accounted for 4% or 48.7 billion drams, wholesale and retail trade for 11.7% GDP or 141.3 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statistics, per capita GDP at the end of September 2012 amounted to more than 369 thousand drams (or$ 900, 719 euros).
