Armenian Unibank\u2019s profits for the third quarter 2009 total about AMD 455 million, the bank\u2019s website says.<\/p>\n<p>Unibank\u2019s assets grew 57,8% at the third quarter, compared with the same quarter a year before, reaching AMD 107 billion 347.4  million by late September.<\/p>\n<p>The bank\u2019s credit investments grew 16.2% to AMD 56.8 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Unibank\u2019s mortgage lending amounted to AMD 122.7 billion and industry financing AMD 11.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>The bank\u2019s consumer loan portfolio reached AMD 25.5 billion and trade financing AMD 13.3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Its liabilities grew 73.7% to AMD 95.7 billion by late September.<\/p>\n<p>The bank outdid other banks on time deposits (AMD 66.4 billion) and individual time deposits (AMD 50.5 billion) in the third quarter 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Unibank was established in 2001. Uniastrum Asset Management ojsc holds 50% of the bank\u2019s shares.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining 50% belong to Evainvest resident ojsc.<\/p>\n<p>The bank has 33 branches. ($1= AMD 386.19).
