The requirements to commercial banks reduced by 0.36% to over 149.3bln drams by the end of the reporting month; other requirements totaled around 199.1bln drams.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, net international assets reduced by 1.4% to about 377.5bln drams in November compared to October. Monetary base totaled about 623.7bln drams, a 2.7% reduction against the month before.
