{"id":45749,"date":"2012-12-24T10:07:07","date_gmt":"2012-12-24T10:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2012\/12\/24\/237250\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:01:43","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:01:43","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchased-over-104-7-mln-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2012\/12\/24\/45749\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchased over $104.7 mln last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 24. \/ARKA\/. <\/strong>Armenian commercial banks purchased over $104.7 million at an average weighted rate of 405.69 drams per dollar in the period from December 17 to 21 in forex intra-banking market, the press service of Armenia\u2019s Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>At the same period, the banks obtained nearly 9.8 million euros and over 832.3 million rubles at average weighted rates of 533.63 drams per euro and 13.06 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The banks sold nearly $121.9 million, nearly \u20ac9.5 million and about 138.4 million rubles at average weighted rates of 406.8, 536.91 and 13.26 drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from that, in the period from December 10 to 16, Armenian commercial banks extended loans in local currency worth a total of 33.7bln drams and loans in USD worth a total of $46.9 million.
