It is noteworthy, that the expenditures exceeded the receipts by 431.2 million drams, whereas in October 2012 the volume of the cash receipts exceeded expenditures by 19.9 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, within January-November 2012 the cash receipts (including domestic cash handling) hit 5,391 billion drams, and expenditures\u20145,366 billion drams.
