{"id":48626,"date":"2013-02-25T13:22:09","date_gmt":"2013-02-25T13:22:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/02\/25\/237659\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:02:36","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:02:36","slug":"armenias-monetary-base-drops-4-to-655-9bln-drams-in-jan-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/02\/25\/48626\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s monetary base drops 4% to 655.9bln drams in Jan-2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 25. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s monetary base dropped by 4% to about 655.9bln drams in January 2013, compared to December 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Cash outside the Central Bank of Armenia totaled over 400.6bln drams by the end of January versus 440.1bln drams as of the end of December.<\/p>\n<p>Mandatory reserves in drams stood at over 175.8bln drams against more than 154.5bln drams at the end of December; mandatory reserves in foreign currency exceeded 73.5bln drams against over 86bln drams.<\/p>\n<p>Net international reserves (without privatization funds) amounted to around 403.1bln drams by the end of January, a 3.6% increase against December 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Net domestic assets dropped to over 252.8bln drams from 265.4bln drams in late December.
