{"id":50205,"date":"2013-03-18T14:58:51","date_gmt":"2013-03-18T14:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/03\/18\/237835\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:03:05","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:03:05","slug":"areximbank-gazprombank-groups-training-and-methodology-center-celebrating-its-first-birthday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/03\/18\/50205\/","title":{"rendered":"Areximbank \u2013 Gazprombank Group\u2019s training and methodology center celebrating its first birthday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, March 18. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Areximbank \u2013 Gazprombank Group\u2019s training and methodology center is celebrating its first birthday, the bank\u2019s press office reported today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAreximbank attaches great importance to quality of services trying to bring them in line with international standards,\u201d Eliza Mheryan, head of the center, is quoted in the press release sent to ARKA News Agency. \u201cEstablishment of the center has become a peculiar step toward fulfillment of this objective.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said the mission of the center is to enhance professional skills of the bank\u2019s employees taking into account real needs and priorities.<\/p>\n<p>In her words, the key emphasize is put on providing trainees with practical experience to make them able to deal with new products and services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTwenty two seminars have been held in the center since it was established one year ago,\u201d Mheryan said. \u201cSome 498 bank officers have been trained over this year. We plan to conduct 24 seminars this year, which will be focused on the most pressing issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said that the center also organizes onsite seminars in the bank\u2019s branches.<\/p>\n<p>Service quality monitoring on sites is one of the center\u2019s functions. Results of the monitoring prompt further steps to be taken to improve servicing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCompetition in the banking area is very tough,\u201d Mheryan said. \u201cBanks are fighting for every client.
