Russian ministry of finance is considering submitting a financial ombudsman bill to the government by the end of April, head of insurance regulation policy department of the ministry Dmitry Nikulshin said.<\/p>\n<p>Comments have been already received from various agencies, Nikulshin said, as quoted by Banks.ru.<br \/>\nIn March 2012, the government was assigned to prepare amendments to the country\u2019s laws to allow for a new, financial ombudsman\u2019s institution.
