The newspaper says Hovsepyan\u2019s well-to-do brother, Hakob, mediated the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Press secretary of Hovhannes Hovsepyan told the newspaper that Hovsepyan has no relations with the bank.<\/p>\n<p>Armbusinessbank is a universal bank offering financial services to corporate and private clients.
