{"id":51797,"date":"2013-04-08T08:18:05","date_gmt":"2013-04-08T08:18:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/04\/08\/238067\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:03:39","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:03:39","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-92-9mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/04\/08\/51797\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase over $92.9mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 8. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $92.9mln at a weighted average rate of 416.99drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on April 1-5, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the period, about 4.4mln euros and over 438.2mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 534.17drams per \u20ac1 and 13.22drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $112mln, about \u20ac9.1mln and about 86.7mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 418.54drams, 537.85drams and 13.36drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (March 25-31) totaled 34.2bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $105.4mln.
